A BIG thank you to everyone that joined us on Sunday for the launch of Sober Comedy Liverpool.

We were extremely grateful to The Forward Trust to have the opportunity to transform The Brink into a stunning candle lit Alcohol-Free Comedy Club for the evening.

This was a first for the City, a Sober Comedy Club catering for those that are choosing to abstain from alcohol.

It was lovely to have our guests arrive early, and to soak up the atmosphere before showtime at 7.30pm.

Our host the Mash Reports Mr Steve N Allen set the evening up perfectly, providing the funny from the off, and getting to meet our front tables.

Then we welcomed to the stage Scotland finest Mr Paul Pirie with his very own individual style of stand-up which had the audience roaring from the off!

After a short interval we welcomed to the Stage Stephanie Laing with her saucy style humor, which was lapped up by our guest.

After our final interval of the evening, it was time for our headline comedian Mr Danny Deegan. Danny really brought this successful night to a great close, with very funny observational humor.

We set to out show Liverpool you can have fun without alcohol, and that is exactly what we executed on the night.

Next up we head to London on Sunday 9th November with a top TV line- up of comedians minus the booze!
